2. Delivery Timeline

Our goal is to get your gear to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Time: Once dispatched, your order will reach your doorstep within 5 to 7 business days.
Please note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track the journey of your package through our courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address along with a valid phone number. This helps our delivery partners reach you without any delays.

6. Undelivered Packages

In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, our customer support team will contact you to arrange a re-delivery.
