Return & Refund Policy

At Hangverse, we take pride in the quality of our garments. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with a smooth return and refund process.

1. Return & Refund Period

You have 7 business days from the date of delivery to request a return or a refund. Unfortunately, if 7 business days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The garment (Casuals, Hoodies, Gym Wear, etc.) must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
You must provide the proof of purchase or order number.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method or via bank transfer within a specified number of days.

4. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible.

If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the standard return process after the package arrives.

5. Queries Regarding Size & Fabric

We want you to look your best! If you have any doubts or queries regarding:

Sizing (Oversized fit vs. Regular fit)
Fabric Quality or Material details Please reach out to our support team before or after your purchase. We are happy to provide detailed measurements and fabric specs to ensure you get the perfect fit.
